Wooting 60HE - Phantom key presses on a single key

Hello everyone,
A problem has appeared with just one key - it randomly activates (you can see in the video how the actuation jumps unpredictably).

From what I’ve tried so far: I replaced the switch for that key and updated the firmware to the latest beta version in Wootility, but that didn’t help. This behavior doesn’t happen 24/7, but it occurs very regularly. It doesn’t seem to be triggered by any specific action - for example, it’s not caused by pressing that key. It starts completely randomly; I can even not touch the keyboard at all, and it still begins.

Unplugging and plugging the keyboard’s USB cable back in usually stops it (though a couple of times even that didn’t help).

Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried all of these steps: I reduced the brightness to 0%, tested most of the USB ports on my PC, and I’m also using the original cable, but the problem still persists.

Since when is this happening?

I only noticed this yesterday, though it’s possible the issue started earlier. The only recent changes I can think of are updating Windows (about a week ago) and getting a new monitor (with a higher refresh rate), though I’m not sure if that could have any indirect effect. I haven’t changed any keyboard settings in the past few weeks, and I’ve been using the keyboard for a couple of months.

have you tried using a stable firmware yet?

I had the stable firmware installed when I noticed the problem, I only installed the beta firmware afterwards to test.

have you any magnetic object on your desk/near your keyboard?

There’s nothing on the desk that could cause it, except that I recently moved my PC from the desk to the floor, and now it’s relatively close to the mini fridge.

could you try disabling tachyon mode and setting brightness to 0% again?

I just tried it, and the result is in the video. For some reason, the problem is much worse without it.

What i did was to remove the cable for about 5 seconds and plug it back in. I had the same problem for days, i resetted the keyboard that way, give that a shot
