Any RGB softwares running in the background that can interfere with Wootility's connection to the keyboard?
Artemis RGB
Asus Armoury Crate
L-Connect3
Open RGB
Project Aurora
Razer software
Signal RGB
Motiv Mix
Nano Leaf desktop app
open rgb i think
Disable it, replug the keyboard and see if Wootility can detect the keyboard
it doesnt
Are you sure it's completely disabled? Check task manager and close any leftover OpenRGB processes if there are any
there are some razer processes but they keep reapearing
disable them as autostarts and restart your pc
uninstall it
