Your problem is not understanding how keyboards work. They don't have letters and numbers, only "key23" "key45" and so on.

The magic all happens in your OS. What each raw keypress does is dictated by your chosen keyboard language in the OS.

And symbols like <> /\ usually only exist as combo keys like Shift + 7 and so on.

In other words. You'll need to use a DKS macro to do those.
