Physical defect plus faulty key

I have just submitted a request for a physical defect (a bit of the coating on my zinc Wooting 80 HE) but forgot to add that I also have a faulty key where the rgb does not work. Is there any way I can add this to the support ticket as I may need a new top plate and a new pcb
