I just made a purchase and entered the wrong delivery address. The website won't let me change the address; it says the order is ready for shipment. I haven't been able to do anything. I contacted Support and they said it might take 1-3 days to get a response. I'll be waiting for a reply. Thank you for your attention. Best regards.

if not you probably need to contact the delivery company as soon as you get tracking information and redirect the package
