My order was scanned as delivered on Monday the 16th, but I never received it. I spoke with my local USPS over the phone and was told that the package was delivered 1.5 miles away from my address and was unretrievable when they tried to recover it. I sent an email through the support wizard on the website as soon as I realized it had not been delivered, but it has now been 72 hours and I have heard nothing from Wooting’s end. I just want to make sure I’m not waiting for nothing, as this has already cost me more time than I ever expected, and at this point I would just like my money back. USPS said I could file a claim for the amount the package was insured for, but it was only insured for $100 and I spent $300.
