80He phantom presses and random sequences

Hi there! I've had my 80he for about a month and it sometimes has random presses of keys when i have it in my profile with lower actuation. when i go to Wootilty i can see that it is a key is being presses down. anyone know a fix for it? I've already tried dusting and air gun.

also when i start my computer and press my number combination, after i press the first number it types that number 4 times and ends up being the incorrect password. once i switch profiles it goes away.

any insight to either of these porblems would be greatly appreciated!
