API for HE80 LED indicator + more LED effects

Hi, please improve the indicator further. It’s a fantastic and totally underrated feature, but in my opinion it hasn’t reached its full potential yet. Two ideas:

A) Allow more integrations. For example, an API so 3rd party devs can build integrations for their apps that display information on the HE80.

B) Who do we need to bribe to get a Cylon- or KITT-like effect for the HE80 LED indicator? I managed to mimic it by adding a scan effect to the main layer and then syncing the indicator with it. But it would be much better if the scan effect could run on the LED indicator only, separate from the key LEDs.

we have an rgb sdk but im unsure if we implemented the led bar already

I have a bunch of different designs of how this could work but we haven't released anything, no

It's a bit tricked because we want to allow the developer to target main keyboard led and ledbar separately, without another USB round-trip

So the format needs to be a decent bit more complicated

Since we're breaking compat, we are doing higher resolution colors too

Bit wip, there's a lot more important stuff to get done 🙃
