Puzzled by a Layout Mismatch.

Hello dear wooting community!

I'm reaching out because I just noticed a strange layout mismatch in my first order for the Wooting 80HE.

Looking at my order summary (as you can see in the picture), it shows an ISO Keyboard paired with an ANSI keycap set. I'm a bit confused considering that the Wooting site is usually great at filtering out incompatible layouts once the keyboard is selected, so to say that I am confused is an understatement.

To add to my confusion, I tried to recreate my original order on the Wooting site and found it not-so-possible to even select ANSI keycaps for an ISO layout, the system literally blocks it. Furthermore, I can't even find the specific "ANSI" keycaps from my order listed on the site when choosing the ANSI layout for the 80HE. The closest option I'm finding is "Pre-installed" keycaps, but my order lists the keycaps separately with a price difference between both options being around 15$.

I know that this community is not the official go-to for fixing issues like this, but I am here simply to ask: Am I having the biggest brainfart of my life or am I actually viewing a problem, and if so: do I send a official form for return asap or do I wait until my order arrives and see if the mismatch is just a website "error"?

Also if you are able to hold your order you should do it so everything will be resolved before shipment

I assume you ordered the ISO UK keycaps? Then everything is fine. The keycap set is for both ISO UK and ANSI.
