phantom keys , being pressed...

i press "w" or "d" and then "a" or "s" randomly gets pressed when my fingers are no where near it. ive tried almost everything, stock cable, straight into the motherboard, no magnets, actuation point change, tachyon mode turned off. i literally just got this keyboard, not even a week old.
