i did and no holds are on it , not even a fraud hold
Did you ask them about the failed payment attempts? Cause it's logged.

Best I can recommend is ask a friend to make the purchase using an international debit or credit card. Like a Mastercard or VISA
me and my girlfriend tried my card which is visa , even tried her discover card, cashapp pay n apple pay , nothing went thru , sorry for messaging so early js trying to get this sorted
