Hello Guys, Sorry if im posting it on the wrong place/chanel, its the first time im getting in contact through discord.
Well, I had a 60HE for 2 years and recently decided to replace it with a White Zinc 80HE. I bought the 80HE 6 months ago, and for about a week now I’ve been having a very annoying problem that never happened with my 60HE, and I don’t know why it’s happening now with this “new” keyboard.
The problem is the following: some keys have faulty RGB. It looks like they’re stuck on a random color and won’t change. I’ve already tried reinstalling the firmware and resetting the keyboard, but nothing worked. I don’t know why this is happening since I don’t eat or drink over the keyboard, nothing has ever been spilled on it, and as time goes on, more keys start showing this problem.
The image shows part of the space bar and U, which all were supposed to be white ( as wootility image shows ) are displaying completely random colors ( here is important to say that the problem started on space bar and now its reaching other keys).
I would like to know if there’s anything I can do to fix this, if there’s any warranty that covers it, and whether this is normal on the 80HE, since I never had this issue with the 60HE. If anyone please could help me, id be very grateful
