This is quite the 'vintage' request for help but I do have a Wooting ONE, had it since 2018 or so and it has been my keyboard since then, modded it even a bit with some bad foam and tape application to the case.
Well it finally gave up on me because of the cable, the micro usb connection specifically. For those who know and don't the Wooting One has a single combo cable inside it which goes from the micro usb housing to the connection to the keyboard to the metallic cap that goes on top of it, the connection to the micro usb housing has worn out and has strands of copper that stick out which make the keyboard spaz out as soon as it is connected. My question is the following: is there any replacement type cable assembly available for it?

The one issue with contacting the support would be that the email that I ordered the keyboard back then is one I don't have access to anymore so I don't know how will that affect the process. I am willing to go for the USB-C option as well if the cable assembly is of the same make as on the wooting one

it wont since i assume you can prove you ordered it via address/payment method so they can also transfer the order for you to a new email

Welp I actually should've read the site more accurately, the Flare tech switches spazz out if exposed for a time to the sun, put up the shades and the problem stopped. Updated the email to the support of as well in regards to resolving the issues. Still I thank you as well for pointing me out possible solutions and also for being quick in coming to help me.

Yeah Flaretech switches use optical IR signals. And the sun... well... it's a giant IR emitter.

i will note that we don't have replacement parts for the USB Micro port anymore, but we do have a JST cable for the Two HE that has a USB-C port and uses the same pinout.
so there won't be any issues connecting it to a device.
You may run into an issue with the case hole needing to be widened a bit.
(incase the problem with the cable becoems an issue in the future)
