I'm not sure if it is the trouble from the manufacture or the shipping from fedex, but 3 of the keycaps, which are the left side function keys got broken and i found 3 of the small pieces on the keyboard, luckily it's only 3. I'm unsure if I am at the right channel to post this or not, the wooting itself is perfectly fine, testing it right now. But if it's possible, can i have the replacement of the ctrl, window, and alt key. Thank you!
