Hey Guys,
I received my 80HE in Fall 2024.

Recently I am experience something that i only can descripe as button/switch sagging.
Some buttons all around the Board no longer are registered as "fully released".

I have now worked around the issue by increasing the tolerance (activating) to 0.8mm on most of the Buttons and 1.0 for F-Buttons and Space Bar.

As i dont have any experience with these type of Keyboards, i wanted to ask if this is an expected behavior after 18 months and at what point do i want to replace the Switches.

Thanks everybody.

Basically every button snaps back to 0.42mm to 0.49mm. While 95% of them are actually on dead on 0.45mm

#

This is kinda insane...

#

What i noticed, the actuation point actually moved up and down, when keyboard on my desk around

#

Lifted 0.36mm depending on the posittion on thje desk, between 0.28 mm up to 0.82 mm

#

I guess, this also explains why i had to set it to 0.8 mm to prevent the random activation of the keys and why there is such a huge range i noticed (0.28 to 0.82mm)

#

I wasnt aware that a magnetic field on a desk motor is so strong that it actually has an effect on the keyboard.
