I switched it from a wooting keyboard to another wooting spacebar keycap

But it's only clicky when I press the spacebar on the right; on the left it's completely normal, like before.

Also if I switch it back to the old one it sounds clicky at one side

Then I can only assume one hasn't been pushed in all the way on both stabilisers. Shouldn't make any difference sound wise from the keycap itself.
