80HE unable to change settings in wootility

Everytime I try and change settings through wootility, my keyboard disconnects and doesnt save the settings

I have tried resetting the keyboard and it still does the same thing

this also doesn't always happen, I can usually make about 2 changes per hour before it starts

Are you on browser or in the program?

What's your firmware version? Are you using background service? Are they both up to date? Any RGB software running in the background that can interfere with the connection?
