Hello, good afternoon. I bought the Wooting 2 60% off on pre-sale, I already have it and I'm using it. I'm a competitive CS2 player, but I don't know what's wrong with the keyboard; it seems to stop working while I'm playing. The colors change, making it unusable, and I have to tap the side of the keyboard for it to recognize my settings again and work.

How's the keyboard connected to the PC? Is it plugged directly into the back of your PC or you're using USB hub or something? Also what do you mean by tapping the side of the keyboard?
~~Sounds like a possible "D29 Stuck in wooting restore"
some of the older keyboards can have the old PCB witch has a trace too close to a screw so if the screw is tighten to much it could scratch the trace and make contact with the with trace/wire causing
- the Right side of the keyboard to be detected as pressed note if the (FN) is pressed it will switch to the FN layer with differnt RGB and swap the binds so these may be unresponsive
The taping on the side could cause connection to break and work for awhile till the screw makes contact again

I think by "Wooting 2 60%" they mean 60HE v2
ohhhh i thought the "Pre-sale" was the outlet store ....
Sorry mate disregard what i said that is only for the older 60HE
Hi, I recently pre-ordered the new Wooting v2 60% keyboard, which has already arrived, but I've noticed it keeps losing signal. Let me explain: I'm playing a competitive match and it often loses signal. I have to move the keyboard to the side and tap the casing for it to work again. The keyboard is expensive, but the quality in this regard is a real headache. It seems like a sensor is reactivating the keyboard, which shouldn't happen. I've lost matches and been killed because of the keyboard. Also, when it stops working, all the keys change color, as if it loses its initial color configuration.
Can you try this tool https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/
then attempt to physical move the keyboard on the desk and see if the keyboard reacts to the movement ?

This is to check for external interfaces like a metal desk or other sources of magnet interferences
-
the tool can also be useful to check for anything wrong with the sensors
I use the Secret Lab brand table; it's completely magnetic and metallic, as its accessories stick as if to a magnet.
Okay, I'll try that when I get home.
Honestly, it surprises me; it kicks me out of the game and stops working mid-game. I have to tap the casing and wiggle it for it to work, and this happens many times.
Yea i think this may be the desk (we get a few cases like this)
the act of taping or moving the keyboard could cause the interfance to shift slightly to release a key temporly (fix) the issue
I managed to get into the link, and if I move it, it disconnects, and if I move it again, it works again.
Remove magnetic attachments from the desk
Guys, isn't that the solution? Why is it still giving me trouble?
Did you change anything?
The desk mat part is a bit more complicated.
Secretlab changed their products to have two magnetic strips on the left and right of the desk instead of the entire desk mat containing a magnetic bottom, so the desk mat may not be the cause depending on how new the desk or mat order is
