Does the keyboard work? Can you type on it?

Error 255 indicates that Wootility can't connect to the keyboard because another software is interfering.

Do you have any RGB software running in the background that could interfere with Wootility's connection to the keyboard?
Examples:
Artemis RGB
Asus Armoury Crate
L-Connect3
Open RGB
Project Aurora
Razer Synapse
Signal RGB
Motiv Mix
Nano Leaf desktop app

No, none of them

Disable background apps one at a time, maybe one of them is causing this issue.

#

Note that after disabling the software, you need to replug the keyboard and then check if it can connect to Wootility.

It's still the same, the software doesn't initialize the keyboard
