I want to try out a new keyboard feel. Honestly looking to mod the 60HE but most of the upgrades are overpriced or unavailable where I am.

If you like 60% layout and don't need extra keys that 80HE has, then mod your 60HE. Will be cheaper than getting a new keyboard.

New switches alone will make huge difference

I am already using owlab tis so what I am trying to look for is a case swap.

I really do not know if the type feeling has changed or not so the switch change wasn't that big of a change

You can try getting Optimum case and PC plate from Wooting, if it's not out of your budget. Optimum case also comes with the friction fit pad which will help with the sound and feel. PC plate is a lot softer plate than the stock steel and will change the typing feel too.

Personally when I swapped Lekkers with some closed bottom switches like Owlab Ti, the difference was night and day 😆
