ok, so I have been experiencing a really weird problem. About an hour ago, it was perfectly fine, but now it's gone downhill. Effectively, what happened is that my left Alt key is spazzing out like crazy. It's stuck at a 1.65 mm actuation point. Even when I change out the switches, I put in a different type of switch completely. I've done everything, unplugged my keyboard, restarted my PC, it constantly has the same problem.
So what's actually affecting me is every time I press tab, Windows, escape, or enter, it just goes crazy with my desktop and just changes all my tabs, resolution, it even changes my Siege resolution somehow. Below I have a clip here to show an example (its not a great one) as well as a screenshot of the software showing that the key is being pressed when I'm not pressing it. I'm not sure if this is a part of my PCB that's the problem, and if so, how is it the problem and how has it suddenly come out of nowhere? I haven't done anything to it. It was working perfectly fine just a moment ago, as I said.
worst comes to worst i would need to claim on warranty (i guess), and if so, how?
i bought my keyboard in november of 2024
