Hi I have a wooting 80he and it reconnects disconnects makes the sound and the lights instantly come on if I move my keyboard it fixes it sometimes but that is sometimes how it stops working, I believe its the wires coming out of the USB port part as 2 of them are like switched and it makes it hard to get the jst cable.in and I think it's loose so that causes the disconnections here's some pictures of the wire

even tho i push i t in with my fingernail the end of it falls out quite easily is that normal too?
