Per key continuous rapid trigger

I was doing some customisation of my typing profile and ran into an annoying snag. I want rapid trigger (not continuous) on my shift-keys to prevent double capitalising. But I most definitely want continuous rapid trigger on my arrow keys to allow for quick cursor movements and such. I can't currently get both, so my request is simple: Could it become a thing? 🙂
