Hey, I’m having an issue with my Wooting keyboard. It keeps connecting and disconnecting on both my PC and another one. I hear the connect/disconnect sounds, but the keyboard never lights up, and none of the keys work. I’ve checked cables and ports, but it’s still the same. Could this be a hardware fault, or is there something else I should try? Thanks!

OP has 60HE
No, it doesn't and I'm not sure why are you keep saying "rare case" all the time. It is indeed rare and I'd recommend to stop jumping into threads like this
I am having this problem right now with my 60HE. I was updating my keyboard then it randomly disconnected and all the lights turned off. my keyboard will now not turn on. windows does not recognize the keyboard. when I plug in another keyboard my pc recognizes it. I'm not sure if this was caused from the update or not
for this sounds like an interupted firmware update you will need to reupload new firmware
Wootility > help > troubleshooting > select device/layout > Reset and restore device
i recomend to check how the keyboard is detected by the system first by the guide below
- open - Device manager
- Select "View"
- Select "Device by container" (This groups drivers by device)
- Check if "wooting restore" "Wooting 60HE" is preset
If an "error is present" Unplug the keyboard and see if this error is linked to the keyboard
if the error is linked to the keyboard best to inform me of the error name (a screenshot also works)
IF wooting restore try the steps
Wootility > help > troubleshooting > select device/layout > Reset and restore device
If wooting 60HE
expand the device tree and take a screenshot of the results
