I’m reaching out again regarding my recent order for the Wooting 80HE module, case, and switches.
Only the switches were delivered, and they arrived separately in their own box. I have not received the module or the case, and there has been no tracking update or delivery confirmation for those items.
When I contacted support, I did not receive clarification on whether the other two items were shipped separately, delayed, or possibly misdelivered. I was asked for an update on a police report, but I have not filed one because I still don’t know whether the missing items were ever shipped or marked
I was very excited about this purchase and had high expectations, so I would really appreciate clear communication and help resolving this issue. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated
