All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Shop is useless, since it just guesses and doesn't actually track your package with couriers.
Refer to what the courier says on their tracking instead.

Iâd definitely tell FedEx to investigate the matter instead of just asking them for additional tracking info. They can do that

It says their virtual assistant is available 24/7 but I donât know about actual agents. Try and prompt the virtual assistant âspeak to an agentâ and itâll eventually redirect you to them

if that hasnât updated at all since feb 24th and youâre out of the loop for both your delivery estimate and the whereabouts of your order that you spent money on then you definitely have a reason to contact support lol
I donât even think wooting or merchants can help you at this point because it could be something stupid like it was withheld by customs for an extended period for whatever reason or it was lost. Could be lots of things

If you end up wanting a refund I think thatâs between wooting and FedEx to work out, Iâm not really sure which one at this point. Thatâs for a mod lol.
Most delivery companies have a policy that makes it impossible for you to get a refund unless youâve been waiting over a certain amount of time like a month or two
Though since you launched an investigation, theyâll just contact you when they figure out what happened and theyâll give you your options if your shipment isnât accounted for

Had the same issue waited like 3 days after the estimated delivery date to get mine lol
I think thereâs a bit of a difference here. His order was last seen at a checkpoint destination on the 24th which means heâs now been waiting for 12 days for his package to make any sort of movement and his ETA ceases to exist.
Yours is just a typical case of âitâs called an estimated delivery date for a reason, not a guaranteed delivery dateâ sucks either way though

When Fedex launches an investigation, its a process that requires them to initiate what they call a trace process which requires them to contact drivers, reviewing tracking history, and searching last-known locations which means someone needs to personally locate your shipment on an inventory list. It's going to take some time

I'm having a similar issues but with USPS. Did an investigation and was told by USPS to do a claim. I don't have all the info for the claim so I sent wooting a support ticket. It's been 3 business days, still waiting for a reply.
