I went on the website and made a ticket through the support page. My keys have been getting stuck and it's affecting my use of the keyboard to the point where I have to use a different keyboard.
I went through the trouble of detailing everything on the support page and even recorded a video and posted screenshots. Does it usually take this long to get a response?
