Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Can you hold the order on the hub?
I tryed but i didnt update but i hoped it worked
i also wrote a ticket to the wooting support but then i saw this in the "My Order" Tab
or should i just cancel the order and buy a another one ? would that be smarter ?
Pretty sure in that state you can't cancel it either. Only wait for the tracking and hope you can request the shipping company to change the address or ask them to send it back immediately
@forest sentinel i canceled it now and i got a confirmation email so i think it worked

It's safe to post order numbers publicly. Only staff can use them to look up any real info internally.

but i dont understand why i can edit my shipping now and why its on hold before it said i couldnt do anything of that

I'm not sure how, but you somehow managed to cancel it, after it was submitted to be shipped - which is normally not possible.
Then uncancelled it again. I recommend reaching out with a support ticket, with the correct address just in case.
