Looks like they're failing to update their board.
What I would suggest is backup all of your profiles on the board currently (share, copy paste the code to notepad) and do a full factory reset of the board (left side)

Before resetting, ensure the board is connected DIRECTLY to your PC, not through a USB hub - using the included cable.

yeah im trying update ,im done the analog sdk update but i failed the wootility beta

Is it possible that this happened because I haven't turned off my computer in a long time?
