Then the JST cable is likely loose inside the keyboard. I'd recommend checking it if you have a PH1 screwdriver.

  1. Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case
  2. Remove the top case
  3. Lift the module
  4. Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
  5. Reassemble the keyboard
