I received a replacement board due to an original detached USB-C port, and once I installed the switches on the new board, I attempted to initialize the device with no luck. The RGB lights do not come on and keystrokes are not registered, however, the windows "device in" sound effect does play. I have tried restoring the new board, also with no luck. I applied the registry fix and reattempted restoring. The error code in Wootility is: "DeviceReconnect." Other keyboards work fine in the same PC port, as well as with the same cable.
