just purchased a new 80HE, when i try to initialize and give permissions to browser, or in app, it says no compatible devices found. ive tried a new cable, different usb ports, tried plugging into my macbook. the only response i get from the keyboard is the top right and bottom right keys glowing blue if i try to enter restore mode.
#FIXED - Wootility doesn't recognize new keyboard

FIXED - for anyone having same issue: i messaged support and as well and they said JST cable might be loose, they suggested i disassemble and reseat the cable, when i did this, it started working. foollowed this video for disassembly, super quick and easy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnyG_a1kosg
Sometimes, you may need to fully disassemble your keyboard, whether it's to swap out stabilizers or replace components due to a defect. In this video, we'll guide you through the process.
