Package Never arrived

Hi I need help figuring out who to contact to try to find my package containing my Wooting 80HE I tried to contact USPS but they were no help I filled a Claim with USPS but they said it would take up to 7-10 days so I was wondering if you guys have any info of the whereabouts of my package.
