My keyboard turned on the first time I connected it, but after about two hours of use, it suddenly turned off. Since then, it very rarely turns on after I plug it back in and then immediately shuts off. I've tried it on several PCs with different cables, but nothing works. Now it won't turn on at all.

Sounds like a loose internal JST cable. You need to disassemble the keyboard and check if both ends of the cable are properly plugged in.

  1. Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
  2. Remove the top case
  3. Lift the module
  4. Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
  5. Reassemble the keyboard
