have you tried unplugging it, waiting 10seconds, plugging it back in (make sure youre not pressing any keys while doing this) and waiting another 10seconds before pressing anything

Do you happen to know what causes this?
most likely some calibration error
the keyboard auto calibrates whenever it goes from no power to power so for example when you start your pc and touch the keys too early it can miscalibrate where 0 is
some people also have issues with using magnetic desks or similar things where the magnetic field changes outside of what the keyboard can account for immediately so it also needs recalibration
Ah thats really interesting it could be beause of my new secretlab desk yeah its kinda magnetic
