I have 2 orders that I’ve asked for a label, and they sent them via that web link. The web link closed for both of them and I didn’t get to screenshot them to use them to return the items. There isn’t any way to get the label to show back up which I’m sure is a flaw in the system. Also both of these orders show that they haven’t even delivered but have had them for a week or two now. My return windows closing because I’m not getting responses from emails. I’m afraid I will have to use a card dispute as I have tried all other options. When I try to use that bogus link to get a return label that I already received but didn’t get to screenshot or print out it just says error.

Wizard won’t work for this type of issue sadly.^
it does. we are always open to receiving wizard requests outside of preformatted issues. also as long as you try to reach out by replying to the ticket replies you have or such we wont be petty enough to hold that against you.
our support not being able to reply to you in time just simply shouldnt be your issue/fault and isnt your issue/fault. ill also gladly fight anyone on this internally if needed.
And this is already delivered and has been for like 2 weeks.
I know that I have the label waiting for me because I already received it then lost the label because I closed out the web page that contained it accidentally. I just don’t know how there’s no process to get a label more than once, feel like I should be able to see the label for the entirety of the return process.
The wizard is just telling me to contact support through email which I’m glad on doing but it’s been a week without a reply. I understand holidays etc. I don’t want to make another ticket bc that would be ignorant on my behalf as I already have a email chain started for this issue.

hm i dont see a reply to the ticket about something not working
hold that i found it but idk why it didnt end up in the right ticket
ok so what happened is you did reply saying you cant get the label for one order but replied on the wrong ticket (was for another order on what looks like the same day feb10). this seems to have caused a bit of confusion until you informed gulia on the whole label situation feb19 and feb20 she internally forwarded it to next level returns support (so they can untangle this and solve the whole thing)
so still nothing to worry about and i will make a note to bring up the whole label vanishing if you close the page and see if we can whip up something for that
Well technically there is 2 orders I need to return. One is the one I sent you which is a keyboard and the other is an order with switches and a keyboard but I just need switches returned.
What do I need to do with the return going forward? (For the order number I dm’ed you)
