They are terrible and so lazy at any minor inconvenience they stamp your package with a “delayed due to weather” yea I guess Los Angeles is so bad right now they can’t drive through it….

If we wait for a bit we can gather all people that are bothered by any of the available delivery services here. Then Wooting will just stop delivering because none are left. Easy fix

sadly quite true that if we listened to everyone having issues with a parcel carrier then we wouldnt be able to deliver. the sad reality is that it varies by region (technically delivery route but region is close enough here). so i get its upsetting but sadly there is probably lots of people where UPS is the most reliable one they have an other services are terrible.

I guess in the future, you could ask what carrier the customer wants, lol. Would add operational/logistical setup though on your side. Would probably need more demand for that kind of request.
