Heyy, RGB is kinda not working

So i got new wooting keyboard today, but in web configuration when i try to change rgb it say this.
I HAVE Razer synapse installed, but not Razer Chroma, I don't have any other program that could alter keyboard's RGB, only using wallpaper engine, iCue and TranslucentTB.

I tried to download program like SignalRGB, which could operate wooting' s keyboard RGB' s normally.

Any fix to this please ?

You just listed half a dozen programs that all can hijack the RGB, one of those is certainly causing your issue

Here's a thought. Turn one off at a time, till it stops complaining in Wootility. Then see if there's a way to tell that specific app to stop interfering with third party products.

Sorry for the quality

Only vanguard, nvidia app, wootility, and windows stuff on startup

Not sure what that video is supposed to do. I asked you to turn off an app, one at a time and check Wootility and see which one was at fault, then go from there.

I did that one at the time, doesnt work, then i turned them all of on startup

Doesnt work either

Turned off how?

wallpaper uninstalled, icue uninstalled, translucentTB uninstalled

Well that's certainly a nuclear approach. I'm not sure if logs can tell which app connects. Maybe @indigo sundial knows? 🙂

If I had to guess some kind of background service is still tapping in, even if not actively doing anything.

#

Could always uninstall the SDK. No apps can interfere then. 😄
