hi i have this problem for the last month it was ones every 2 days now its like 2-3 times a day i send email to the support team 2 days ago and still did not get any respond from them can any one help i will appreciate that
btw i did troubleshoot from the web

No one will respond back via Discord. It's Monday, so there's been two full days of no one working.
