I ordered on February 10, 2026, and received a GLS tracking number the same day. It's been stuck on "sorting" ever since. The same goes for the online trackers, which all show "in transit."Last update was 12/02/2026, 1:29 AM and it said that the package had been taken care of by GLS. I contacted my local GLS support twice and they say the package is not yet in the country of arrival (Italy) and I also contacted wooting support on Friday morning without receiving any response.

You have already mentioned that in the original post. 13th and 16th is 2 days
