Cachyos linux, 2 Wooting devices under the KDE settings mouse panel?

Device: Wooting two He ARM (firmware 2.11.0) with UDEV rules set and gamepad disabled though i've had it enabled before and it worked proper.
OS: Up to date Linux 6.19 Cachyos arch distro with just KDE desktop running wayland.

Just wondering what exactly these are doing under mouse devices and whether I need them enabled or not, haven't necessarily had problems but noticed recently the numlock constantly toggles itself on randomly long after boot no matter how I configure the numlock startup setting inside KDE keyboard panel.
I have tried disabling both of these devices under mouse to test if it affected connecting to wootility via chrome as I suspected it might but it still seems to connect and the features dont seem broken so just wondering what these are for and if I need them enabled (also noticed numlock toggled itself again after i disabled the two devices so maybe related to that?)
