80HE multiple presses

Hi guys. My 4 month old 80HE has a problem now that as you slowly press down on the T key, it’ll type multiple Ts. No different wootility settings than the default, no led brightness, and I’ve tried changing out the switches. I already have a support ticket opened but am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Are you on the latest firmware? The current workaround is to rollback to v2.11 and wait for official fix.

3. Select "Updates"
4. Select "Your keyboard"
5. Press "Get Test Firmware"
6. Press "Select Test Build"
7. Select "V2.11.0+rollback"
