I’m still using the products, since the round-trip shipping cost is quite expensive and I don’t have a spare keyboard to use while these are being sent for repair.
1. 80HE Zinc Alloy Black – There is peeling along the edges, similar to the issue other users have reported.
2. 60HE V2 Split Spacebar – There are small marks on the case that look like impact damage. There are two very tiny spots on the top case, near the corner between the top and the side, as if something hard hit the inner edge.

Even though the damage is minor, I do feel a bit disappointed, especially since I ordered this during the Founder Edition period.

well stuff happens sadly. but this is what the warranty is for. in the rare case it does arrive with damage you can reach out and voice this to get something done about it.

They usually send a new one first, and then have you ship back yours, I've found

I would reach out to support regardless like trips mentioned. We reimburse shipping cost for warranty things and in some cases you get to keep the existing case until replacement arrives
