Key not registering unless I press hard

When I click V my space bar registers. I’ve tried to install older firmware but it’s not working

ive tried other ports and has been going on for 2 days now

Looking at the analog monitor it looks like something might be up with the MUX as pressing a single key presses others as well, please make an official ticket using the Wooting Support Wizard linked above, make sure you upload the video, feel free to include a link to this thread as well

Do you have like any foam mods in the keyboard? besides the one they provide? sometimes if the foam is too thick I feel like it can impact the inputs
