Hello Together,

i have a question regarding the direction of my Enter Switch - my Enter Keycap always falls off and i already was Emailing Customer Support and they said i should change Switches.
I am unsure now if the Direction of the Enter Switch is correctly assembled cause all other Switch LEDs look north.

Enter on iso should face left

#

It's the sole exception

#

Though the direction will not matter for the keycap falling off, it only matter for the led

Thank you for your answer. Its always the bottom side of the keycap that doesnt "grab" anymore

Did you swap the switch with any other on your keyboard?

quick meteor
#

i swapped the switch and i tried the keycap on another keyboard where it was fine and solid.

swift isle
#

Which means the switch is faulty

#

Or the stabiliser

quick meteor
#

its 100% the stabilizers fault

swift isle
#

This does not seem to be straight or correct to me

quick meteor
#

yep now i cant even put the keycap on cause it instantly falls off

#

on my other keyboard it holds perfectly fine

swift isle
#

Is it because the stabiliser doesn't go into the cross on the keycaps bottom?

quick meteor
#

Yep

#

and the stabilizer doesnt come up straight

swift isle
#

Can you try to manually adjust the stabiliser so it sits straight

quick meteor
#

its like tilted a bit - so one of the stabilizers is always off

swift isle
#

You can try to use your keycap puller to tilt it the other way when you mount the keycap

#

See if that works

i tried everything but it always falls off. if the upper one grabs the lower one doesnt and if the keycap fits all 3 and i press it like 10 times it falls off again
