#Keybord doesn’t work

Just over a month and already having issues some keys randomly stops working have to replug in then the that were working fine those stop working then when the full board is working suddenly some keys will stop working and sometimes some key press them selves have to replug again. I have reseted the board like five times. Followed the instructions close all start up app sometimes in wooting software keys are already activated when i havent even pressed them. I dont know whats going on here please help

I hard to tell but it looks like all keys on the u3 mux ar affected maybe a component fault or short on the com pin on the u3 component

For reference hall effects keyboard don't use a matrix array for the hall sensenor

But a semi direct connection to the micocontroller

With a mux muiplexer between so 16 hall sensors connects to the mux and this switchs between each input rapidly to one output

In this case I think output is shorted or mux has issues as I think the affected keys are all on mux

Would need a close up the affected keys to make sure.

May be an easy fix like cleaning the component

Hmm I. That maybe the issue is on the u2
if no u3 keys are are effected

But they did press on the u2 region with no response
....

All around a bit strange

Maybe a issue on the microcontroller in that case

I dont have a clue what you guys said i did tried different usb port and different wired nothing seems to work
