I hard to tell but it looks like all keys on the u3 mux ar affected maybe a component fault or short on the com pin on the u3 component
For reference hall effects keyboard don't use a matrix array for the hall sensenor
But a semi direct connection to the micocontroller
With a mux muiplexer between so 16 hall sensors connects to the mux and this switchs between each input rapidly to one output
In this case I think output is shorted or mux has issues as I think the affected keys are all on mux
Would need a close up the affected keys to make sure.
May be an easy fix like cleaning the component
Yeah I meant the mux
Hard to read from the video but I see a few L- keys
Which would be U2
Ahh I see
On phone so hard to see in videi
L-Ctrl, L-Shift, and L-Alt if I can read it correctly, it's a bit blurry
Hmm I. That maybe the issue is on the u2
if no u3 keys are are effected
But they did press on the u2 region with no response
....
All around a bit strange
Maybe a issue on the microcontroller in that case
Would need more information first
I dont have a clue what you guys said i did tried different usb port and different wired nothing seems to work
