during a firmware Update my Keyboard Lighting turned red and the only keys who lighted were E and R and it isnt trouble shootable i tried it with every way and i want my money back or a new Keyborad

*Since you've followed the troubleshooting steps from our other support mails, could you tell me at what point the installation failed and what steps exactly you tried so far? Please explain them thoroughly since it benefits the troubleshooting process. We simply can't send out replacement keyboards before we got a good grasp of the problem, and even then we usually only send out replacement components.

In this case though, I'm confident we can get to a solution by simply diving into the Wootility restore process.

So please try these steps, and if they failed, respond back to any of the emails (preferably the correct one if you can find it), and our team will respond back asap.

You're not expected to. Kees is asking you to try the restoration process as explained, and if it fails, provide more information about the error message received - a screenshot would help. Then he'll guide you from there.

so i was gaming and then the LED stopped working an then i saw in the wootilty that i need an Update and then i tried to install it but after a few seconds it said there is an error and then the Keys E and R turned red i have tried different devices cables it isn't working anymore

For reference, if the keyboard shows the "E, R" keys as red and is unresponsive, this indicates the keyboard has either corrupted or incomplete firmware. As a result, the keyboard will be in "Wooting Restore" until new firmware can be uploaded.

Right now, I am not sure why the upload process fails. Depending on the error or where it fails, it may indicate the keyboard is fine but can’t upload new firmware, or there is a problem with the keyboard.

i have contacted the support over the last 2 months over and over, I tried everything and I get no answer and no support. I demand an answer onmy open ticket and either a refund or a solution that works. Otherwise I will involve an attorney now because u are not taking this serious. I cannot use my keyboard since November 2025!!!!!!

Hi, thank u for ur Email. So we unstinstalled the wootility software and restarted the computer and tried to reinstall. The installation process was stopped and we received a notification that a newer version of the wootility sdk is already installed. The App does not recognize the keyboard. thanks for ur fast response in the future.

This happened the last couples of time when I tried to response to the email you Tech send me. How am I supposed to get in touch??? I really am frustrated with your supoort since I cannot even anwer the emails an get in to a dialogue
