If you used switches with decent transparency for better RGB I don't see why it wouldn't work, won't be as good as south facing but that's also not happening from Wooting

They're alright there are better options though

Nothing wrong with them, they're just a little older now and newer options have come out. Especially if you specifically want better RGB the 3 listed on the image I linked will do a much better job

They will be good for RGB, they have other issues though they tend to be sticky which you can feel when using them and lubing doesn't help
