All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
For next time: simply putting the order on hold let's you edit the address (following a few rules) and you can release from hold yourself afterwards
Hi! Unfortunately I exhauseted all my options in an attempt to be able to change the address. Even after I had successfully placed the item on hold it still was giving me an error and not letting me change the address to the new one. I believe the error said something about the order already being processed and fulfilled so I was not allowed to change the address. Thanks for the tips, but I went through all the options available to me, plus the system was acting funky. Any time frame for Wooting releasing the hold for product to start shipping (As I paid the 7.99 for expedited)?
