Is it normal that an order was ready to pack for multiple days, only to get an email saying I need to wait for a shipment to arrive at their warehouse? It’s just a wrist rest and because of that my entire order is being delayed..

So I wrote a ticket to seperate the keyboard from the wrist rest to get it delivered sooner, is there a way to expedite the processing of the ticket?
